Elodie Jeannest de Gyvès
Trained at the Sorbonne and the Ecole du Louvre, Elodie Jeannest de Gyvès is a specialist of medieval and Renaissance sculpture. She started her career at the Cité de l’architecture et du patrimoine in 2002 and then worked for the Agence France-Muséums on the Louvre museum in Abu Dhabi. Her responsibilities on this project included the programming, the research and the pre-selection of acquisitions for the medieval period as well as the physical management of the collection. She thus developed a fine understanding of the relationship between institutions and the art market, at an international level. Her personal preferences include French Romanesque Sculpture, the Souabe school of the 15th century and terracotta sculpture from the Maine region. firstname.lastname@example.org
