Cabinet Lacroix &#8211; Jeannest). 3 000\/4 000 \u20ac seront \u00e0 envisager pour cette pi\u00e8ce sign\u00e9e \u00abRenoir\u00bb sur la terrasse et portant le cachet du fondeur \u00abCire perdue C. Valsuani\u00bb (32 x 21 x 32,5 cm). Renoir s\u2019essaie \u00e0 l\u2019art en trois dimensions \u00e0 la fin de sa carri\u00e8re, \u00e0 l\u2019initiative d\u2019Ambroise Vollard. Paralys\u00e9 par les rhumatismes, il se fait assister par le jeune Catalan Richard Guino. Symbolisant le feu, notre bronze \u00e9tait pens\u00e9 en paire avec une lavandi\u00e8re repr\u00e9sentant l\u2019eau.
